Graffiti removal in Utrecht
The longer it sits, the deeper it soaks in. Ring us the day you see it: at that point it is usually a matter of dissolving and rinsing, not of blasting.

Always quoted individually: the price depends entirely on the substrate, the area and how long it has been there. A photo on WhatsApp is usually enough for us to price it.
Removing graffiti is almost never a problem of force and almost always a problem of the right combination. On glass it comes off with a blade and a solvent without a single scratch. On glazed tile, powder-coated aluminium and roller shutters a gel that softens the paint does the work. On porous brick and render it is harder, because the paint soaks *into* the surface rather than sitting on it — that needs a product which draws the pigment back out.
The wrong product, or too much pressure, is the real risk. Take a rendered wall on with a pressure washer and you trade a tag for a pale patch that stays visible for ten years — more expensive damage than the original. So we always start on a small, out-of-sight area and you decide after that.
If your building is a repeat target — a corner property, a shutter on an alley, a substation — an anti-graffiti coating is worth considering. It stops paint soaking into the substrate, so the next one lifts off with warm water at low pressure. That brings the cost per incident down sharply once it happens more than once a year.
How it goes
From request to finished work
- 1
Send a photo
On WhatsApp. It shows us the substrate and the type of paint, which is ninety per cent of the price.
- 2
Test patch
Somewhere out of sight, so you see the result before we touch the front elevation.
- 3
Removal
Apply, let it work, lift and rinse. As many passes as it takes, never harder than it takes.
- 4
Protect
Optional: an anti-graffiti coat, so a next one lifts off with warm water.
Frequently asked questions
Questions about graffiti removal
How quickly can you come?
For a shopfront or a house we try to be there within two working days, because fresh paint comes off far more easily than paint that has had a month in the sun. So report it straight away rather than when it happens to suit.
Will a shadow be left behind?
On glass, tile and coated metal, almost never. On porous brick and render, sometimes — especially with paint that has been there for months. We say so before we start, based on the test patch, rather than explaining afterwards why it is not quite gone.
Do you do shutters and bins as well?
Yes. Shutters, loading doors, waste containers, bike stores and substations are regular work for property managers and businesses. With several objects on one site we price the lot together, which is cheaper because we are there anyway.

What does graffiti removal cost for your building?
Off glass, brick, shutters or a door — with the product the substrate can take, not the strongest one on the van.
