We call it a subscription, but it is not one: there is no contract and no notice period. The only thing fixed is the rhythm — and that rhythm is exactly why it costs less per visit.

When you are on a regular round a visit costs us less time: we know what we will find, nothing needs measuring, and we are driving past anyway. We pass that advantage on. A one-off clean therefore costs more with us than the same clean on an interval — not because we want to tie you in, but because it genuinely costs us more.
You set the interval. Four weeks keeps the glass permanently clean and is common in the city; eight weeks is the most chosen and is plenty for most homes; twelve weeks suits quietly situated houses outside built-up areas. If you have judged it wrong, we simply adjust after two visits.
You can always skip. On holiday, scaffolding still up, or it just does not suit — one message and we skip that visit, at no cost. You can stop too, immediately, with no notice period and without us asking why.
