How we work
Why pure water dries without streaks
Tap water carries lime and minerals. They stay behind when the water evaporates — which is exactly what you are looking at when a freshly cleaned window is covered in spots the moment the sun hits it.
Water with nothing in it
Our water goes through a reverse-osmosis membrane that removes almost everything dissolved in it. What is left dries leaving nothing behind — no rings, no soap line.
Up to four storeys from the ground
The water is fed through a telescopic pole with a soft brush. No ladder against your wall, no footprints in the border, and nobody standing on your dormer.
No detergent at all
Soap leaves a thin film for dust to cling to, so the glass is dirty again sooner. Without it the glass stays clean longer, and nothing ends up in your borders or the drain.
And what it is not for: interiors, leaded lights and old, uneven glass are done with squeegee and scrim. A brush is too coarse for those, however pure the water is.

How quickly can you come?
For a first visit we are usually one to two weeks out, because we slot you into the round that already passes your street. If you are in a hurry — a handover, an open day, a move — say so and we will look for a gap in the schedule.
How can I pay?
Afterwards, by invoice or through a payment link you receive after the visit. On a fixed interval it can also go by direct debit, but that is optional — most household customers simply pay per visit.
Do you work on Saturdays?
On Saturday mornings, until 14:00. That is particularly handy for interior work, which needs you at home. Saturday is the day that fills up fastest, so ask in good time.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Tell us within two days and we come back and do it again, at no cost and without argument. That is cheaper for us than losing a customer, so we do not make a fuss about it.
