For shops and hospitality we work before opening time. A frontage that is clean by half past eight is exactly the difference between a place that looks looked-after and a place people walk past. For offices we work early mornings or in fixed slots agreed with whoever runs the building.
Everything is written down: which elevations, what frequency, which time window and who signed off the work. You get one consolidated invoice a month rather than a docket per visit, and on request a work sheet per location for your own records.
If you have several sites across the Utrecht region, we put them on one contract with a single point of contact. For buildings above four storeys we bring in a cherry picker or a facade installation; that is priced separately in the quote, including the application for any parking dispensation.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about commercial window cleaning
Can you work outside office hours?
Yes, and for shops and hospitality it is the default. We usually start at 06:00 or 07:00 so the frontage is clean before the first customer arrives. Evening work is possible too, at a surcharge stated up front in the quote.
Are you insured to work on our premises?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance and send the policy schedule and the VCA safety certificate with the quote, so your procurement or facilities team has a complete file straight away.
What about buildings over four storeys?
For those we bring in a cherry picker, or we work from the facade installation already on the roof. It appears as a separate line in the quote, including any parking dispensation from the city of Utrecht. See also our page on high-rise window cleaning.
