Vogel Glazenwasserij started with one van and a handful of streets in east Utrecht. That has since become a fixed round across the whole region, but the starting point has not changed: we do not take on more work than our own people can do. Which is exactly why you do not get a different face at the door every visit.
We also say no. If a facade is too far gone for a clean and really needs painting, we say so rather than selling you a visit that hides the problem for six months. If a gutter needs replacing rather than emptying, we point you at a carpenter. That costs us an invoice in the short term and earns us a customer who stays in the long term.
Everything we offer concerns the outside of a building: glass, frames, facade, gutters and solar panels. We do not do interior cleaning, painting or roofing. In this trade, doing one thing properly is worth more than doing five things halfway.

What you may expect from us
We do what we promise
A Tuesday appointment is a Tuesday appointment. If weather or a breakdown stops us, you hear it from us before you notice it yourself.
No surprises on the invoice
The price in the quote is the price you pay. If there turns out to be more work than agreed, we ring you first.
Not right? Then we come back
If you spot something wrong within two days of the visit, we come back and do it again. No argument, no extra charge.
Everyone is helped in their own language
This site is in four languages and that is how we work on the phone too. Understanding a quote should not depend on how good your Dutch is.
